The RBT is a paraprofessional who is certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board and practices under the close, ongoing supervision of the BCBA or BCaBA assigned to your child. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services. RBT’s deliver intensive 1:1 ABA therapy anywhere from 10-30 hours a week.

Graduate-level professionals with specific training in principals of applied behavior analysis. The BCBA is trained to identify the function of behavior in order to put in place appropriate behavioral interventions. BCBA’s at Autism Systems will conduct a functional behavioral assessment, develop a behavior intervention plan, provide ongoing supervision to the behavioral technician working with your child, and conduct regular evaluations of behavioral progress.

Individuals trained in the implementation of applied behavior analysis. Behavior Technician’s work under the close supervision of the BCBA or BCaBA assigned to your child. The Behavior Technician is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services. Behavior Technicians deliver intensive 1:1 ABA therapy anywhere from 10-35 hours a week.
